SLOW

FIBER

Angelo Vasino is one of the founders
of Slow Fiber network.

The project is based on the experience of the Slow Food movement and aims to bring and apply the same principles and values to the textile world. First and foremost, to create transparency and an intelligent roadmap for the textile sector and the hundreds of small and medium-sized enterprises in the supply chain that are working every day to free themselves from certifications and barriers to innovative fibres in order to create beautiful/healthy/clean/durable products.

Irresponsible and unbridled consumerism, individual freedom and the pleasure of appearing before being have made textiles the second most polluting factor on our planet.
